Team & automation
Team permissions and messaging automations
Decide who works on which client and account, and what each person can do. Keep everyone informed with notifications and, where enabled, let automations handle the conversations that repeat.
What you can do
Roles and permissions
Admins and members, with separate permissions for writing, publishing, media, accounts, automations and ads.
Access per client and account
Each member sees only the clients and social accounts you give them.
Client workspaces
Keep each client’s accounts, content and settings apart, and deactivate a client who leaves without deleting anything.
Slack notifications
Connect Slack once and choose a channel for each client, for uploads, published posts and failures.
Email alerts and activity history
Email the client’s chosen recipients when a post goes live, and see the history of what happened in the workspace.
Comment-to-DM
Where enabled, when someone comments with a keyword, reply publicly and send them a direct message with your link.
Keyword, story and follower triggers
Start a flow from a keyword in a DM, a story reply, a story mention or a new follower.
Contact tags and broadcasts
Tag the people who answer and send broadcasts to the audience you built.
How it works
Invite the team
Add members, pick a role and choose the clients and accounts each person works on.
Connect notifications
Connect Slack once, choose a channel per client and the events it receives.
Set up automations
Where automations are enabled, pick an Instagram or Facebook account, a trigger and the steps that follow, then switch it on.
Questions
Can my clients have their own login?
Yes, when they need one. A client user sees only their own brand and can do only what their permissions allow. For reviews, approvals and uploads, links without an account are usually enough.
Which accounts do automations work with?
Where automations are enabled, with the Instagram and Facebook accounts connected to the client. You can pause, edit or delete each automation at any time.
What happens when a client leaves?
You deactivate the client. Posts scheduled after the cut-off day and posts still waiting for approval go back to drafts, and the client’s links stop opening. You can activate the client again later.
