Conversations
A shared inbox for comments and messages
Comments, direct messages and mentions from your connected accounts arrive in one inbox, per client. Your team replies from there, with the conversation history in view.
Is the new collection available?
Of course. Let me help you find the right one.
What you can do
Comments, messages and mentions
Move between the comments on your posts, direct messages and mentions of the brand.
Reply, like, hide or delete
Handle comments where they arrive, without opening each network.
Attachments
Send images and files in a conversation, checked against each network’s limits before they go.
Unread at a glance
Filter by unread and mark everything as read when you are done.
WhatsApp Business conversations
Where enabled, answer customers on WhatsApp and send an approved template from any conversation, also after the 24-hour window has closed.
WhatsApp templates
Where enabled, write message templates in the app and submit them to Meta for approval.
Reviews
On their own screen next to the inbox, read ratings and reviews from Facebook Pages and Google Business listings and reply.
AI reply drafts
Get a draft reply in the client’s brand voice, then edit it and send it yourself, where enabled.
How it works
Connect the accounts
Messages, comments and mentions from the client’s connected accounts arrive in the inbox.
Read in context
Open the conversation, or the post with its comments, and see what was said before.
Reply as a team
Write the answer, attach a file or start from an AI draft, then send it.
Questions
Which conversations come into the inbox?
Comments and direct messages from the connected accounts that the networks make available, such as Instagram and Facebook, plus mentions and, where enabled, WhatsApp Business conversations. Reviews from Facebook Pages and Google Business have their own screen. What is available differs by network.
What happens when WhatsApp’s 24-hour window closes?
Where WhatsApp Business is enabled, you can still reach the customer with a message template that Meta has approved. You send it from the conversation, and you write and submit templates on the WhatsApp screen.
Does AI answer customers on its own?
Not in the inbox. AI writes a draft that your team reads, edits and sends. Automatic replies run only in the automations your team sets up.
