How it works
Collect the files
Upload them yourself or send the client an upload link. They land in the client’s library.
Write with help
Pick the media in the composer and, where enabled, ask AI for a caption, hashtags or alt text in the brand voice.
Review and decide
Edit the result, check the preview and send the post for approval or schedule it.
Questions
Does AI publish on my behalf?
No. AI suggests text, and your team reviews it and decides on approval and scheduling. Network rules and the permissions in your workspace still apply.
Where does the brand voice come from?
Each client has a brand voice setting that describes its tone and style. AI follows it when it writes captions, hashtags and replies for that client.
How do clients send us files?
With an upload link. The client opens it without an account and uploads photos and videos, which appear in the client’s library with the client shown as the uploader.
