Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms apply to the website wideview.social and to the WideSocial platform. By using either of them, you accept these terms.
Who provides the service
WideSocial is provided by TSOKAS G. WIDEVIEW ENTERTAINMENT Ε.Ε., 58 Grigoriou Lampraki, 16675 Glyfada, Greece. Tax number (ΑΦΜ) 803334554, VAT ID EL803334554, General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) 194800101000. Legal representative: Georgios Tsokas. Contact: info@wideview.co, +30 210 2205089.
Access by invitation
WideSocial is provided on request. There is no open sign-up: you send an access request, we talk with you and, if the platform is a good fit, we invite you and open your workspace. The decision to grant access is ours.
Your login details are personal. Keep them safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
Acceptable use
You use WideSocial lawfully and in line with the rules of the social networks you connect. In particular, you may not:
- publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others
- send spam or automate activity the networks do not allow
- try to access accounts, data or parts of the system that are not yours
- interfere with the security or operation of the platform
If these rules are broken, we may suspend access.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, its design and the WideSocial brand belong to us. The content you upload remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and publish it where you ask us to.
Availability
We work to keep WideSocial available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always run without interruption or error. Maintenance, updates or problems at the social networks themselves may affect it from time to time.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Greek law. This does not affect liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change affects you materially, we will let users know in good time.
