Plan & publish

Plan and schedule social media content

See every brand’s content on a calendar, a week, a list or the upcoming Instagram grid. Write a post once, adapt it for each network and schedule it from the same place.

WideSocial calendar showing a month of scheduled and published posts for one brand
A brand's month at a glance: what is scheduled, what went out and what is still a draft, and on which networks.

What you can do

  • Calendar, week and list

Switch views and filter by status, network or label to see what is scheduled, published or still a draft.

  • Drag to reschedule

Drag a scheduled post to another day and it keeps its time of day.

  • Instagram grid

See the upcoming feed as it will look, reorder it by dragging or with the keyboard and check every new time before it applies.

  • Write once, adapt per network

Start from shared content, then change the text and hashtags for each network with a live preview beside it.

  • Format checks

Pick a post, reel or story and the composer tells you which selected channels do not support it, before anything goes out.

  • Queue and posting slots

Set the weekly times a brand posts at and drop a new post into the next free slot without picking a date.

  • Bulk scheduling

Upload a CSV file and schedule the same posts for several clients and their accounts at once.

  • Drafts, hashtag groups and short links

Keep unfinished posts as drafts, save hashtag groups and shorten the links in a caption.

How it works

  1. Write the post

Pick the accounts, add the media and write the shared text.

  2. Adapt it per network

Fine-tune the text and hashtags for each network and check the live preview.

  3. Schedule it

Pick a time, use the next slot in the queue or send it for approval first. It shows up on the calendar.

Questions

Which formats can I schedule?

Posts, reels, stories and carousels, in the formats each network supports. If a selected channel does not support the format you picked, the composer says so before you schedule.

Can I schedule many posts at once?

Yes. Bulk scheduling takes a CSV file and creates the posts for one or more clients. Posting slots let you queue single posts without picking a date each time.

Which time zone are the times in?

Each client has its own time zone, and scheduled times are shown in it. Your team sees the client’s local time, wherever it works from.
